Ring Fabrication
Two or three day ring fabrication workshop for students of all levels of ability. Learn fabrication and construction techniques as well as tips on soldering, texturing, ring sizing and polishing. Students will create 3 unique rings from sheet metal incorporating bending, forming. texturing, soldering and polishing. Ideal class for prototyping new ideas that can be used for multiples in the future.
Professional silversmith Kevin O'Dwyer will work with students from the initial concept to a finished piece. A combination of skill and technique based demonstrations with one-to-one tutoring and problem solving will take place throughout the 2 or 3 day workshop.
